Park Watanabe LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications in accordance with Apple App Store, Google Play, and applicable platform agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

All visual designs, logos, software source code, brand assets, and application interfaces are the proprietary property of Park Watanabe LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
